Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour minimum for the cancellation of your pets grooming appointment is required.  If the appointment is not cancelled prior to 24 hours, the customer will be charged for the full appointment time.  If an appointment is made within a day or on the day of the appointment, customers will have one hour to cancel in order to avoid charges.

Health Verification

The health & well being of your pet is our highest concern.  Because of this, we require up to date vaccinations for all dogs before we groom. 

Referral Program

The highest compliment you can give us is to refer your family & friends to us.  And so you know how much we appreciate this, we will give you $5 Bark Bucks for every client you refer that uses our grooming services.  We have forms that you can give to your referrals or it can be a verbal referral as well.  Whatever is easiest for you!
